First and foremost, we know the hospitality sector. When the government announced furlough, we provided the necessary support for making the claims for no additional charge. We know a lot of accountancy firms and payroll providers took a different route, but for us it just seemed wrong to be charging clients for accessing a service designed to help them survive. Because put simply. If our clients don’t survive, we don’t survive.
