First and foremost, we know the hospitality sector. Working with so many bars and restaurants in Glasgow over the years has allowed us to develop processes and systems that are particularly suited to this sector. When the government announced furlough, we provided the necessary support for making the claims for no additional charge. We know a lot of accountancy firms and payroll providers took a different route, but for us it just seemed wrong to be charging clients for accessing a service designed to help them survive. Because put simply. If our clients don’t survive, we don’t survive.
