GENERAL TERMS

By using Glasgow Bookkeepers Ltd ("Glasgow Bookkeepers", "we", "us") for any of our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. Glasgow Bookkeepers may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this document.

Your agreement with us (including these terms and conditions) shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with Scottish Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

We will endeavour to provide services which exceed your expectations. There may however be occasions, due to system failure or other circumstances, where our service levels may be affected. We will in such cases reserve the right to alter the service until such time as we are able to resume normal services.
It may be necessary to terminate our contract with you, and we reserve the right to do so with immediate effect. In such extreme situations, we would endeavour to provide reasonable notice.
Although every effort will be made to ensure a reliable service, we will not be held liable for any immediate or consequential loss whatsoever.

PRIVACY POLICY

All services provided by us and any information provided by you in the course of our business relationship will be kept strictly confidential. We take our obligations of confidentiality and the protection of your personal data very seriously.
We undertake, therefore, not to disclose any of your data to any third parties without your prior consent.
However, you agree that we can use our discretion as to whether or not to disclose information to legal bodies if so requested or legally obliged.
In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, we never send bulk unsolicited emails ("spam").
We may however send emails to existing or prospective clients who have enquired or registered with us, regarding products or services directly provided by us. Any such emails will include clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email service.

To receive our services you must provide us with a proper contact address and telephone details. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your contact details, including your email address, or change requests to your service.
For our services, we communicate your account via monthly invoices, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you have received these monthly invoices and to contact us as soon as possible if the latest summary is not received. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if we are unable to contact you appropriately.

TERMS OF USE OF WEBSITE

Customer Information
You should always check that the contact information you provide is correct before creating a customer account or proceeding to payment.
You are responsible for maintaining your own username and password, where required to access your customer account. You should ensure that you store your username and password securely and that the details required to access your customer account are not provided to another party.
As a customer you are responsible for your customer account and actions taken within it. If you are aware or suspect that your customer account username and password or other details have become known to a third party, you should inform us immediately.

Customer Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days.
